COMPLEX CARE

Our team is trained to provide specialistperson centred complex care services  to our service users with chronic and  long term health conditions. This includes brain injuries, physical disabilities, degenerative neurological conditions as well as spinal injuries and other complex healthcare conditions. Our service provides,  but not limited to, tracheostomy care, gastrostomy feeding, long term invasive and non invasive ventilation, oxygen therapy, complex seizure management.

PALLIATIVE CARE

We are specialists in ensuring that our service users who are living with life limiting, life threatening and serious health problems are comfortable and supported  psychologically, physically and socially while they remain in the comfort of their home ensuring that their treatment continues to be implemented in the most person centred and safe person centred  manner, aiming to achievea good quality of life and the best well being for our service users.
